Freight
Your purchases will be sent with GLS or TNT to the address you specify when placing the order. You will usually receive your goods within 1-5 business days.
We cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays. Items ordered on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the next working day.
Please note that GLS and TNT does not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

The price for shipments to Denmark is from DKK 69.00 for private, parcel shop & business. The price is regulated from volume and weight

If there is delays at GLS, Postdanmark or TNT, Peter Beier Chokolade cannot be held responsible.
Delivery time abroad varies and can be seen on GLS's and Post Danmark's website.
Especially for shipments to Sweden and Norway:
When shipping with GLS to Sweden and Norway, the package is sent directly to a GLS parcel shop. Here it is stored for 10 days. If the package is not picked up within the 10 days, it will be returned to Peter Beier Chokolade.
If you want the package to be returned, this new package postage costs.
International Shipping - goods may be subject to customs clearance depending on the stated value of the goods.
Sellers state the declared value of the goods and must comply with the Customs Declaration Act.
As a buyer, you need to be aware of possible:

Brokerage fees to be paid at the point of delivery.

Items to Denmark are usually delivered within 1-5 working days.
Under Billing address / Delivery address, we ask for a mobile number of the recipient, so that GLS in case the recipient is not at home, can send an SMS with collection point.
Especially for orders with cream buns
To ensure quality, all orders for cream buns are sent on the first Monday after ordering.
Please note that for all orders with cream buns, the entire order is sent with the cream buns.
Package filling when shipping
In our shipments we use biofill, which is biologically manufactured packet filling - 100% safe for humans and nature.
The biofocused can be disposed of with household waste or composted.
Biofill, of course, has the European certification DIN EN 13432 (DIN CERTCO). This means that when Biofill is degraded, nothing but pure compost is left.
Ingredients: Natural corn and water.
Website update
We do our best to update the website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. Spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the items can occur, however, and sometimes we find that the price of an item is stated incorrectly.
If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered on the website, we will notify you as soon as possible. Under these circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price for the item and allow you to purchase the item at the correct price.
If we are unable to contact you, we will use our right not to accept your offer.
Right of withdrawal

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of food.
Return
Once you have notified Peter Beier Chokolade A / S that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned as soon as possible or within 14 days to:

When returning goods, we recommend that you pack the goods securely and carefully, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Therefore, also save receipt for shipment. You must bear the cost of return unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that we do not accept items sent by post. cash on delivery.
Refund
No later than 14 days after Peter Beier Chokolade A / S has received your request for cancellation, you will be refunded the full amount of the item as well as any delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest shipping method. The refund will be made with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
Peter Beier Chokolade may withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned or have received documentation that you have returned the goods. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functions of the goods. If you use the item or damage it during shipment, you are liable for the item's impairment.
The Purchase Act's defect rules can be used.
