Beiers Brownie ice cream layer cake
Delicious ice cream cake made with a layer of Beiers Brownie ice cream with homemade brownie pieces in it, coconut sorbet with chocolate rocks and a fresh raspberry sorbet on top.
Garnished with dark chocolate & freeze-dried raspberries. Made on top of a chocolate coated marzipan layer.
